Electronic Timekeeping
Aldebaron
has taken a new step in its partnership with Unanet Technologies, providers
of Web-based automation software. The two companies have collaborated
to deliver an important SYMPAQ SQL update, which makes SYMPAQ SQL's
Electronic Time Card interface fully compatible
with UnaTime. The update:
- Automates
change notifications by logging changes to the SYMPAQ SQL Employee
and Project files and sending the changes to Unanet automatically.
- Includes
an optional utility to import expense records directly into the
SYMPAQ SQL Accounts Payable module. This eliminates the need to
manually re-enter employee reimbursements.
- Allows
professional services companies that track time and expenses (T&E)
to import hundreds, if not thousands, of T&E records into the cost
accounting system in a matter of moments.
- Allows
companies to automatically send and implement updates to the T&E
system, such as employee status changes. This eliminates the need
to manually enter scores of T&E records.
- Provides
full and proper data logs as needed for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
